Its renovated, interactive exhibition and the 21 original Munkácsy paintings on display offer an unparalleled experience in and of themselves for all ages.
The Munkácsy Memorial House also houses a patisserie, which has been named ‘Salon 1844 Dessert Bar and Café’
The Memorial House hosts both permanent and temporary exhibitions. During the permanent exhibition , in addition to 21 original paintings by the painter, guests can learn about the life of the gentry.
Omaszta Park, located next to the Munkácsy Memorial House, is also open to visitors.
The park’s 80- to 100-year-old trees offer an excellent opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
A statue inspired by a work of Munkácsy can also be viewed in the park.
