The Lutheran Church of Csaba, with its 22 m wall width, 22 m wall height and 75 m tower height, is the largest Lutheran church in Central Europe. The church organ, located at one of the highest points in Békéscsaba, is one of the largest Lutheran organs in Hungary.
It is particularly interesting that this huge church does not have a single bell today, as they were all requisitioned during World War II.
Classical music concerts are regularly held in the building with excellent acoustics.
The church can be visited by prior appointment.
