The building is located in Békéscsaba, in the Lencsés Housing Estate.
On the ground floor of the house there are 4 double rooms with air conditioning, WiFi, television and private bathroom (extra bed can be rented). The common room is the kitchenette, where dishes, cutlery, plates, double stove, refrigerator, coffee maker are available. If desired, it is also possible to use the garage or covered parking.
Built together with the guesthouse, there are 2 covered parking spaces available for our guests.
In front of the guesthouse, it is possible to park directly in front of the windows for a length of 14 meters.
